Where we deliver

We deliver to addresses across the United Kingdom.

What it costs

Delivery is free on every bike, and on any order of £300 or more. Orders under £300, such as parts and accessories on their own, cost £4.95 to deliver.

How long it takes

We aim to deliver within 5 to 7 working days. Every bike is checked in the UK before it leaves us. If there is going to be a delay, we will tell you straight away, and you can cancel for a full refund if you would rather not wait.

How it arrives

Bikes arrive boxed and need simple final assembly, with instructions in the box. If you would like yours delivered by hand and fully built, email jack@htr.life before you order and we will quote for your area.

Damaged in transit

If anything arrives damaged, tell us as soon as you can, with photos, and we will put it right.
